Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and driven Marketing Executive to support the planning and execution of marketing activities that enhance brand visibility and contribute to business growth.
This role is suitable for someone with prior hands-on experience in marketing who is comfortable managing campaigns, creating content, and using data to improve performance. Candidates with an interest in AI tools and modern marketing strategies are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms (social media, email, etc.)
- Assist in managing and optimizing digital campaigns to improve performance
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Create engaging content aligned with brand direction and target audience
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements based on data insights
- Support event planning, partnerships, and promotional activities
- Contribute to lead generation efforts and support sales initiatives
- Stay updated with current marketing trends, including AI tools and automation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Around 2 years of relevant experience in marketing or a similar role (*)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels and tools
- Good communication skills in English
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
Good to Have
- Exposure to digital marketing tools (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Analytics, email marketing tools)
- Experience in content creation or campaign execution
- Interest or exposure to AI tools in marketing
What We Offer
- Salary: RM2,700 – RM3,000 + RM200 attendance allowance
- 5% commission per project
- Medical claim: RM1,000/year
