Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Kaki Bukit. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end signage projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination from order confirmation through installation and handover. Daily tasks include liaising with clients to clarify specifications, preparing work schedules, coordinating with internal design, production, and installation teams, and managing third-party vendors when required. The role involves monitoring project progress, resolving on-site issues, arranging site inspections, and ensuring that quality, safety, and regulatory requirements are met. The Project Manager will also manage logistics for materials and equipment, track project documentation, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the signage industry.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of signage design, fabrication, and installation techniques. Familiarity with different types of signage materials and technologies (e.g., LED, acrylic, metal). Knowledge of electrical wiring and installation is a plus. 
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to identify and resolve project issues effectively.
• Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership abilities. Ability to motivate and manage project teams.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with local regulations and permitting processes related to signage installation.
• Other Requirements: Possess a valid driver's license (preferred). Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
