What you will be doing

• Develop customer-facing content to build brand awareness and support engagement across target markets and entire customer lifecycle
• Create and develop content for multiple products, solutions, and services, including articles, newsletters, customer stories, campaign messaging, and marketing collateral
• Develop campaign assets such as videos, marketing materials, presentations, and digital content aligned with the organisation’s key messages and brand guidelines
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop compelling content that supports business and customer communication objectives
• Manage content timelines and support content publishing across social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Develop brand and social media content, including copywriting and creative assets (images, videos, and other multimedia content) to strengthen brand presence and engagement
• Support content planning and execution for integrated marketing and communications campaigns

What we are looking for

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, or related fields
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop compelling and customer-centric content across multiple formats
• Strong interest in content writing, brand communications, digital marketing, and social media content development
• Highly self-motivated, self-starter, well organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines effectively
• Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work across cross-functional teams and external agencies
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate messaging
