We are looking for a Talent Development Consultant who can engage clients, understand their business challenges, and recommend impactful talent and learning solutions.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Engage business owners, HR leaders, and management teams to understand organisational challenges

• Conduct consultative discussions and organisational needs analysis

• Recommend talent development, leadership, teambuilding, employee engagement, and organisational development solutions

• Prepare and present proposals to clients

• Build trusted client relationships and manage stakeholder engagement

• Contribute to business growth through solution adoption and portfolio development

• Work closely with product, delivery, marketing, and business development teams to ensure strong client outcomes

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Has 3–5 years of consultative sales experience in Learning & Development, HR, Talent Development, Organisational Development, Consulting, or client-facing advisory roles

• Enjoys engaging with senior stakeholders and solving business problems

• Is consultative, commercially aware, and solution-oriented

• Has strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills

• Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

• Demonstrates ownership, accountability, and continuous learning
