What you’ll do:

• Manage and coordinate high-impact technology incidents from initial assessment through resolution
• Work closely with business, technology, risk, and regional stakeholders during service disruptions
• Lead incident bridges and ensure clear, timely updates are shared with the right teams
• Assess business impact, identify workarounds, and support contingency plans
• Track incident progress using dashboards, chat channels, and service management tools
• Support RCA discussions and ensure lessons learned, fixes, and preventive actions are documented
• Help improve incident response, monitoring, reporting, and operational workflows
• Contribute to process improvements that reduce downtime and improve customer experience

What we’re looking for:

• At least 5 years of experience in Production Engineering, Site Reliability, IT Operations, or similar roles
• Strong background in the banking industry
• Hands-on experience in incident, problem, and change management
• Good understanding of Linux/Unix, networking fundamentals, and application architecture
• Experience with monitoring or observability tools such as Grafana, ELK, AppDynamics, ITRS, BMC, or similar
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Willing to work on an 8-hour shifting schedule with shift allowance
