Job Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and provide excellent service throughout their dining experience.
Accurately take and relay orders to the kitchen staff.
Serve food and beverages to guests with attention to detail and presentation.
Prepare tables before service and ensure they are clean and tidy at all times.
Be knowledgeable about the menu, including daily specials, and provide recommendations to guests.
Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.
Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
Carry out any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
