Job Summary

We are seeking a highly driven and entrepreneurial Co-Founder to join our leadership team in building and scaling a fast-growing business in Singapore. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities, who can drive business growth, partnerships, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is passionate about startups, possesses strong leadership qualities, and is ready to take ownership of the company’s long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-develop and execute the company’s vision, mission, and long-term growth strategy
• Lead business development initiatives, including client acquisition, partnerships, and revenue generation
• Identify new market opportunities in Singapore and regional markets
• Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
• Build and manage high-performing teams across business functions
• Develop and implement scalable processes and systems
• Drive branding, marketing, and positioning strategies
• Work closely with stakeholders, investors, and partners to expand business networks
• Ensure compliance with Singapore regulatory and business requirements
• Take full ownership of P&L and key business performance metrics

Requirements

• Proven experience in entrepreneurship, startup leadership, or senior management roles
• Strong business acumen with experience in business development or sales
• Familiarity with the Singapore market (e.g., recruitment, immigration, consulting, or related sectors is a plus)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• High level of accountability and ownership mindset
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Management, or related fields (MBA preferred)
