Business Development Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Business Development Assistant to support our business growth, marketing, and operational systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys using AI tools, automation, CRM systems, and outreach strategies to improve business efficiency and generate opportunities.

Job Scope

• Use AI tools to optimize admin, sales, and marketing workflows
• Build and improve internal admin systems using AI and automation tools
• Set up and manage CRM systems using *************
• Build and manage marketing campaigns using ************* campaign tools
• Organize customer databases, leads, and follow-up pipelines
• Build outreach relationships with potential clients and business partners
• Support lead generation and business development activities
• Improve workflow efficiency and automate repetitive tasks
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to improve conversion and communication processes

Requirements

• Strong interest in AI, automation, business systems, and marketing
• Familiar with CRM systems and workflow management tools
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Good communication and relationship-building skills
• Willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
• Experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or CRM systems is a bonus

Preferred Skills
