Role Description As a full-time Content & Brand Manager at Neast, you will lead the development and execution of the company’s brand voice and content strategy across digital and offline channels. You will plan, create, and manage content for the website, blog, social media, email campaigns, and product communications to drive user engagement and brand awareness. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and partnerships teams to ensure consistent messaging, clear value propositions, and effective storytelling for renters, property owners, merchants, and financial partners. You will analyze performance metrics, conduct audience and market research, and continuously optimize content and brand initiatives. This is an on-site role based in Johor Baharu, where you will work with the local team to support campaigns, events, and go-to-market activities.
Qualifications
- Strong content creation skills, including copywriting, long-form storytelling, and experience adapting tone and messaging for different audiences and channels.
- Experience in brand management, including developing brand guidelines, shaping brand voice, and managing consistent positioning across campaigns and touchpoints.
- Proficiency with digital marketing practices such as social media management, email marketing, SEO fundamentals, and performance tracking using analytics tools.
- Ability to plan and execute content calendars, manage multiple projects and deadlines, and coordinate with designers, marketers, and external partners.
- Comfort with user and market research, including interviewing users, synthesizing insights, and translating findings into content and brand strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia or other regional languages is an advantage.
- Experience working in startups, fintech, proptech, or consumer apps is a plus, with familiarity in Southeast Asian markets considered beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
