• Participate in project meetings and record minutes of meeting time, tracking the progress of each department.
• Digitize or archive large amounts of engineering drawings, subcontracting contracts, and government approvals to ensure easy access.
• If directly serving a Director or General Manager, manage their schedule, book meeting rooms, and arrange travel.
• Act as a liaison, coordinating information flow between headquarters, the site, subcontractors, material suppliers, and government agencies (such as BCA, MOM, NEA).
• Draft and follow up on purchase orders (POs), invoices, subcontractor payment requests, and customer quotations.
• Track and update the validity of all skilled workers' (such as crane operators, electricians, and safety officers) certifications and licenses to ensure they are not expired.
• Enroll new workers in required safety training courses (such as CSOC/BCSS construction safety courses) and related skills enhancement courses (BCA CoreTrade).

Pay: $6,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month
