Responsibilities
Carcare Premium is looking for a dedicated and responsible individual to join our team as a Supervisor.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily outlet operations
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve service standards
- Ensure all vehicles meet quality control requirements before handover
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and work performance
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Prepare daily sales and operational reports
- Manage work scheduling and manpower allocation
- Monitor stock levels and order operational supplies when required
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of the outlet
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
Work Location: In person
