Key Responsibilities

• Review business and functional requirements to develop effective test strategies and test cases.
• Design, prepare, and execute manual and automated test scenarios, test scripts, and test data.
• Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing support.
• Identify, document, track, and verify defects through to resolution.
• Collaborate with developers, business stakeholders, and project teams to ensure quality standards are met.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Provide regular updates on testing progress, risks, issues, and quality metrics to stakeholders and QA leadership.
• Support continuous improvement of testing processes, standards, and best practices.
• Assist in test automation initiatives to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Ensure testing activities are completed within project timelines and quality expectations.
• Adapt testing priorities based on project needs and changing business requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, or Test Analysis roles.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and participating in Agile delivery teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design comprehensive test scenarios.
• Experience in test planning, test execution, defect management, and test reporting.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
• Understanding of test automation concepts, frameworks, and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
