The Kuala Lumpur office will serve as our regional hub for Asia, supporting and growing its client base across Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong. This role offers the opportunity to step into a Business Development Manager (Investments) position within a high performance environment focused on growth, client success, and long term wealth creation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present clients with a range of award-winning investment solutions across local, Asia Pacific, and global markets, helping them achieve their long-term financial objectives.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships through trusted advice, exceptional service, and ongoing portfolio support, ensuring client wealth is protected and enhanced over time.
  • Proactively manage client quotations, contract finalisation, and payment coordination to drive conversions and consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Work closely with your British counterparts to maximise portfolio success rates.
  • Gain access to valuable market insights, industry expertise, and professional mentoring that will support your development into a high performing financial professional.

Requirements

  • Highly motivated, self driven, and ambitious individuals with a strong desire to succeed and grow professionally.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, customer relationship management, or client facing roles will be an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant work experience are welcome to apply.
  • Domestic and International Travel will be required for this role.
  • Candidates should be Malaysian Citizens.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,500.00 per month
