Job Description

Responsibilities

Job description:

  • Develop and maintains performance dashboards and reports (COO Cockpit) covering sales, aftersales, and financial results.
  • Provide data, reporting, and analytical support to the COO's Office to enable effective performance monitoring, informed decision-making, and smooth execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Conducts variance and trend analysis to identify performance gaps and improvement areas.
  • Support the preparation of board papers, business reviews, and strategic planning documents.
  • Monitors project progress across OpCos and liaises with Project Management divisions to ensure timely updates and completion.
  • Conducts research on market trends, competitor performance, and industry developments to support the COO's strategic decisions.
  • Provide the COO with data-driven insights and recommendations for operational improvements.
  • Tracks and follow up on COO's directives and action items with Head of Operations (HOOs) and Senior Managers.
  • Undertakes any ad-hocs analysis, assignments or reporting tasks as required by the COO.
  • Coordinating with outlets for VVIP cases.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in strategy, business performance, finance, consulting, or operations.
  • Experience in performance reporting, dashboard development, and executive-level presentations.
  • Experience supporting senior leadership or C-suite executives is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in performance dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel advanced level).
  • Strong financial acumen with ability to conduct variance and trend analysis.
