Role Overview
This role will be responsible for managing the delivery of key product and integration initiatives across the platform. This includes coordinating with third-party developers, banks, dealerships and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and meet required quality and compliance standards.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role suited for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management & Delivery
- Plan and manage end-to-end delivery of product features, system enhancements and partner integrations
- Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones and deliverables
- Track progress across multiple workstreams and ensure timely execution
- Identify risks, dependencies and bottlenecks, and proactively drive resolution
2. Vendor Management
- Act as the main point of contact for third-party development vendors
- Manage vendor deliverables, timelines and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Review deliverables to ensure they meet agreed scope and quality standards
- Coordinate testing, bug tracking and issue resolution with vendors
3. Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with Product, Data, Compliance and Business teams to align requirements and priorities
- Coordinate with external stakeholders (banks, dealerships, partners) for integration and rollout activities
- Facilitate regular project updates, meetings and status reporting
4. Process Improvement
- Improve internal workflows, documentation and project tracking processes
- Help establish best practices for project management, vendor governance and delivery
- Drive efficiency in onboarding new partners and launching new products
Requirements & Background
- 4–6 years of experience in project management, vendor management, operations or product delivery roles
- Experience working with technology teams, system integrations or digital platforms
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
