Service Desk Engineer (Thai Speaker)
Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia

Salary: Up to RM5,000 per month (commensurate with experience)

Role Overview
We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Service Desk Agent to provide first-level
technical support to end users. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting end-user
devices, troubleshooting infrastructure-related issues, and delivering technical assistance through
phone and remote support channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, and remote support tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to laptops, desktops, and VDI.
- Support users with network connectivity and VPN-related issues.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Perform user administration in Active Directory.
- Troubleshoot VMware and VDI-related incidents.
- Escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Document incidents in the ticketing system.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2–4 years of Service Desk / IT Helpdesk experience.
- Knowledge of laptops, desktops, and VDI environments.
- Experience in phone and remote support.
- Network connectivity and VPN troubleshooting experience.
- Experience with Active Directory.
- VMware and VDI troubleshooting experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems.
- Microsoft certifications are an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Language Requirements
- Ability to speak, read, and write in Thai is required.
- Good command of English is essential.
