Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:-

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms.
  • Get familiar with the booking app, and assist with bookings, service arrangements, and customer follow-ups.
  • Manage complaints and provide timely solutions, and update to Manager to seek resolving the issue.
  • Perform general administrative tasks: data entry, document handling, invoicing.
  • Coordinate with operations teams on scheduling, job assignments, and service arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and payment processing.
  • Support management with administrative tasks and internal communication.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat service.
  • Follow up with clients on feedback, service quality, and after-sales support.

Customer Service Experience and Sales Admin Support:-

  • We prefer the candidate has worked as customer service executive before, or having worked with sales admin position as this job requires you to have follow up skills and replying to customers' complaints and booking inquiries.
