About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Officer to support our day-to-day logistics and warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, enjoys working with numbers and systems, and can communicate effectively across internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities

Manage stock logistics for the office and warehouse.

Coordinate with internal teams on order processing and logistics updates.

Work closely with the China team to resolve logistics-related issues in a timely manner.

Maintain and update ERP records, packing lists, and other logistics documents.

Liaise with 3PL partners, including outsourced warehouses and distributors.

Track, maintain, and analyze logistics data from 3PL partners.

Monitor warehouse inventory levels and support stock alert management.

Perform ad hoc duties and projects assigned.
Requirements

2 years’ experience in supply chain/logistics, knowledge on end-to-end supply chain operations process will be preferred.

A bachelor's Degree or Higher Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields are a plus but not mandatory.

Strong numerical sense and attention to detail for data entry, order processing, logistics, and warehouse operations.

Familiar with ERP systems; Oracle experience is an advantage. Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel.

Responsible, well-organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Good communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred Experience

Previous experience in logistics operations.

Experience in a manufacturing environment.

Immediate availability is preferred.
