Full-time
- To do modelling works for MEP Building Services, Architectural and Structural elements
- To prepare 2D Shop Drawing, Combined Services Drawing and Combined Builders Work drawings
- To effectively build model & 2D drawings in timely manner
- To effectively communicate with BIM Coordinator, Engineer and Supervising staff
- Degree/Diploma holder in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical / Architectural or any other related discipline
- Good knowledge in Autodesk REVIT, AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Naviswork
- Preferably 3 years BIM Modeler working experience
- Associate of HKIBIM or member of HKIBIM is preferred, CIC Certified BIM Coordinator would be an advantage
- Can communicate in English – Cantonese
