Responsibilities
We're hiring RPA Developers & RPA Bot Administrator | AmBank Malaysia
AmBank runs a large and growing fleet of active RPA bots. We're scaling further and we need sharp people to build and run it.
RPA Developer:
+ Manage RPA delivery - new builds, change requests, incident resolution.
+ Own stakeholder management with internal business users on issues.
+ Deliver end-to-end RPA projects.
+ Draft PDDs, conduct UAT, manage solution documentation.
+ Identify automation opportunities and translate business requirements into scalable bot solutions.
RPA Bot Administrator:
+Manage new RPA deployments into production.
+Handle incident and service request tickets.
+Proactively monitor bot usage - flag idle/unused bots and drive reuse.
+Coordinate with IT on VDI-related issues.
+Produce monthly management reports on RPA performance and issues.
+Manage RPA licenses and infrastructure access.
What we're looking for:
+ UiPath experience is a must.
+ Power Automate knowledge is a strong bonus.
+ 4+ years hands-on, people who can own delivery end-to-end - not just write scripts.
You'll be joining a dynamic, fast-moving team working on automation that actually matters to the business - real problems, real impact, not just bots running in the background.
Based in Kelana Jaya. Permanent roles, open to Malaysians.
