Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Corporate Solutions Consultant role based in Singapore. The Corporate Solutions Consultant will engage corporate clients to understand their workforce development needs, propose tailored training solutions, and drive the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing. The role includes conducting needs assessments, preparing and delivering solution pitches or demos, and collaborating with internal teams to customize training programs and proposals. The consultant will manage key accounts, coordinate with instructors and operations teams to ensure successful delivery of corporate programs, and monitor client satisfaction and outcomes. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate pipeline records, preparing reports, gathering market feedback, and contributing to continuous improvement of Vertical Institute’s corporate offerings.

Qualifications

  • Strong Consulting and Presales skills, including needs analysis, solution design, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven Sales capabilities, with experience managing the full sales cycle and achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Solid Project Management skills to coordinate timelines, resources, and deliverables for corporate training programs.
  • Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret client data, market trends, and program performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with confidence in engaging senior corporate stakeholders.
  • Experience in corporate training, edtech, or professional services is highly advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving client needs.
