Role Overview
At Thousands of Years Media Sdn. Bhd. (ToYm), we are looking for a Creative Director to lead the company's creative vision and execution across marketing campaigns, advertising projects, branded content, productions, and digital platforms. You will be responsible for driving creative excellence, developing innovative concepts, and ensuring all creative outputs align with business objectives and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the overall creative direction and visual storytelling across the company's projects and brands.
• Develop creative concepts, campaign ideas, content strategies, and brand narratives.
• Oversee creative execution across advertising campaigns, branded content, productions, social media, and marketing materials.
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Production, and Content teams to transform business objectives into compelling creative solutions.
• Review and approve creative materials to ensure quality, consistency, and effectiveness.
• Guide designers, copywriters, editors, producers, content creators, and other creative team members.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behaviour, digital content trends, and emerging technologies.
• Ensure all creative outputs maintain strong brand consistency and audience relevance.
• Present creative concepts and strategies to management, clients, and stakeholders when required.
Requirements
• Minimum 8 years of experience in creative, advertising, media, production, or content-related roles, with leadership experience preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, campaign development, branding, and content execution.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of advertising, content marketing, branding, digital media, and storytelling.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to balance creativity and commercial objectives.
• Familiarity with AI tools for creative development, content generation, design, and production workflows is an advantage.
• Able to multitask and provide support for any tasks or projects assigned by the company as needed.
