This role combines front desk customer service with patient coordination, ensuring each patient receives top-tier care, from their first inquiry to post-treatment follow-ups.

Your Role

As the Customer Service you are the face and heart of our clinic, responsible for making every patient feel welcomed, valued, and well-supported throughout their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Greet and assist patients with a professional, warm, and engaging approach

•⁠ ⁠Manage appointments and inquiries via phone, email, and in person with efficiency and accuracy

•⁠ ⁠Guide patients through treatment options and payment solutions, ensuring they feel informed and comfortable

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate financial plans and payment options, helping patients find the best solutions for their needs

•⁠ ⁠Handle patient records and CRM system updates, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

•⁠ ⁠Work closely with the dental team to create a seamless patient experience

•⁠ ⁠Ensure a welcoming, high-end clinic environment that reflects our premium services

What We’re Looking For:

•⁠ ⁠Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin – must be able to communicate effectively with diverse patients

•⁠ ⁠Outgoing, friendly, and confident – naturally engaging and passionate about people

•⁠ ⁠Customer service-focused – willing to go the extra mile to create an outstanding experience

•⁠ ⁠Organized and detail-oriented – able to juggle multiple tasks without missing a beat
