Responsibilities
Lead and manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Partner with department heads on manpower planning, recruitment, and organizational development.
Drive employee engagement, performance management, and talent development initiatives.
Handle employee relations matters, disciplinary cases, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Review and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Support compensation and benefits administration, payroll coordination, and annual performance review processes.
Monitor and analyze HR metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee capabilities.
Support succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
Lead HR projects and workplace improvement activities.
Ensure timely preparation of HR reports and documentation.
Provide guidance and coaching to HR team members and internal stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline.
Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience with exposure to multiple HR functions.
Experience in manufacturing environment is an advantage.
Sound knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
