SINCOR INTELLIGENT CONTROLS SDN. BHD. Hiring! Full Time BMS - FMCS Automation Engineer in Pulau Pinang - Ricebowl

1. Complete full-cycle engineering for industrial FMCS & cleanroom BMS projects, including control schematic review, DDC programming, HMI graphic design, multi-device communication and interlock debugging.

2. Supervise M&E subcontractors at construction site, monitor work progress and ensure all installation comply with CIDB construction standards and cleanroom environmental control specifications.

3. Conduct Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT), prepare as-built drawings, I/O list, operation manual and full technical submission for client handover.

4. Troubleshoot complex linkage systems of HVAC, chilled water, exhaust, room differential pressure, temperature & humidity monitoring in semiconductor clean facilities.

5. Assist foreign senior automation specialists to conduct regular technical training for local site technicians, build long-term local talent succession plan for BMS/FMCS commissioning & maintenance.

6. Coordinate daily with clients, main contractors and M&E consultants to clarify technical requirements, resolve site technical variations and construction issues.

7. Support tender preparation work including technical proposal drafting, BOQ costing and automation equipment selection.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Building Services or Automation Engineering.

2. Minimum 3 years hands-on full lifecycle experience in industrial FMCS / cleanroom BMS integration; candidates without semiconductor factory project delivery experience will not be shortlisted.

3. Proven practical skills on Tridium Niagara N4 or Siemens Desigo DDC programming, graphic configuration and system integration.

4. Familiar with CIDB site management workflow, M&E installation standards and cleanroom differential pressure & precision temperature control requirements.

5. Able to independently interpret M&E as-built drawing, control schematic and utility P&ID diagram.

6. Capable of diagnosing & resolving on-site complex interlock faults of central air-conditioning, chilled water and exhaust monitoring systems.

7. Fluent written & spoken English for technical meetings; able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia for daily site coordination.

8. Candidates with CIDB technical certificate or M&E site supervisory experience will be prioritized.

RM 10,000 – RM 19,999 per month
