岗位职责
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
· Inventory Planning & Management:
Regularly assess inventory levels based on consumption data and forecasts to ensure materials are available for production while maintaining optimal stock levels.
· Procurement & Requisition Management:
Issue and manage Purchase and Material Requisitions (PRs and MRs), ensuring alignment with project specifications, timelines, and production needs.
· Production & Sales Order Coordination:
Handle and process Production Orders. Review Sales Orders to ensure material availability aligns with customer requirements and delivery schedules.
· Material Acquisition & Scheduling:
Acquire raw materials to support uninterrupted production. Reschedule material plans based on demand changes, supply delays, or other internal factors.
· Shipment & Material Planning:
Prepare Shipment Lists and coordinate with logistics for timely deliveries. Verify and manage shipment schedules for critical components.
· Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Monitor material status, prepare reports on production processes, and recommend improvements for efficiency, cost, and quality.
· Process Improvement Initiatives:
Evaluate operations to identify bottlenecks and lead improvement activities that enhance overall departmental performance.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with operational and support departments to meet customer expectations in quality, specifications, and timely delivery.
Academic and trades Qualification:
· Degree in Operation Management, Manufacturing Engineering or Engineering Field
Work Experience and Skills:
· 1 year in planning function in manufacturing environment
· Using ERP solution in a manufacturing environment
· Analytical Abilities
· People management, Interpersonal and communication skills
· Meeting management skills
· Forecasting Expertise
