The Executive Assistant to the CEO provides high-level administrative and strategic support to the Chief Executive Officer. This role acts as the right-hand support to the CEO, ensuring daily operations, communications, and priorities are well-organized and efficiently managed. The position requires strong coordination skills, confidentiality, and the ability to handle fast-changing priorities in a dynamic business environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate the CEO’s daily schedule, meetings, and appointments
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up on action items
Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion
Organize travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries for the CEO
Screen and manage incoming emails, calls, and correspondence
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
Track and follow up on business tasks, deadlines, and project progress
Support the CEO in preparing reports, presentations, and business proposals
Assist in coordinating company events, meetings, and executive discussions
Ensure clear communication between the CEO and management team
Compile data and information for decision-making purposes
Prepare summaries and briefing documents for meetings
Maintain proper documentation and filing systems
Assist in monitoring key business priorities and performance updates
Support execution of CEO initiatives and special projects
Provide administrative support for strategic planning activities
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
2–5 years experience as Executive Assistant or similar role (preferably supporting senior management)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Able to work under pressure and handle tight deadlines
