WMI provides a comprehensive suite of practice-based certification and diploma programmes and collaborates with leading universities for master’s qualifications. With over 17,000 annual enrolments, WMI serves a diverse community of professionals across Asia—including wealth managers, asset managers, lawyers, trust professionals, family offices, and financial regulators across more than 150 programmes. WMI is recognised as Singapore’s lead training provider for private banking and wealth management.


WMI helms the Global-Asia Family Office (GFO) Circle, a trusted network platform that builds capabilities and fosters community within the family office sector. The GFO Circle is supported by the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) and the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). WMI also leads the Asia Centre for Changemakers (ACC), supported by Temasek Trust and the Philanthropy Asia Alliance (PAA).


Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive candidate to drive the end-to-end delivery of our training programmes. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners, corporate clients and learners to ensure seamless execution, exceptional learning experiences and continuous process improvement.


You will play a pivotal role in shaping programme delivery and learner satisfaction through the following:


  • Manage learner enrolment by verifying and consolidating required information, ensuring compliance with IBF funding requirements, and timely invoicing to learners.
  • Liaise with trainers to refine and finalise training materials ahead of delivery, while coordinating logistics such as venue arrangements and timely activation of learner access to learning management system.
  • Provide on-site support during programme delivery to ensure smooth operations, resolve issues promptly, and foster strong engagement with learners and trainers, and review programme outcomes by collating evaluation results.
  • Support on the requirements for customised programmes are met when required, working with internal teams to plan and schedule the programmes when required.
  • Oversee post-training operations, including issuing e-certificates to eligible learners and submitting IBF funding applications, and invoicing for corporate clients.
  • Maintain well-organised administrative records in the learning management system, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with governance policies.
  • Support the Team’s continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and recommending practical solutions.


Requirements

Minimum Education Qualifications: Degree or Diploma in any discipline

Experience: At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in managing, organising, or delivery of training programmes or events. education institution or industry-leading organizations. Fresh graduates with a positive aptitude are also welcomed to apply.

  • Proficient with digital platforms and able to handle technology with ease

  • May be required to work late or at weekends when necessary
