Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related disciplines.

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in software development, automation, web development, data engineering, database administration, or related fields.

• Experience in developing internal business applications, automation tools, or data-driven solutions is preferred.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Self-motivated, innovative, and able to work independently.

• Ability to transform business requirements into practical software solutions.

• Organised approach to data management and documentation.

• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Interest in property technology (PropTech), automation, artificial intelligence, data analytics, and digital transformation.

• Python; JavaScript / TypeScript; HTML; CSS; SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or SQLite; ChatGPT, Copilot, or AI coding assistants; prompt engineering; useful advantage in C++, GIS, Power BI, Excel automation, cloud or server deployment, and Git.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain internal software applications, web-based systems, dashboards, and digital tools.

• Build automation solutions to streamline manual processes and improve operational efficiency.

• Develop AI-powered applications, productivity tools, and workflow automation solutions.

• Design and maintain databases, data pipelines, and reporting systems.

• Develop web scraping and automated data collection solutions for business intelligence and market research.

• Generate datasets, reports, and dashboards to support management decision-making.

• Collaborate with business users to identify opportunities for process improvement through technology.

• Troubleshoot, enhance, and maintain existing software applications and infrastructure.

• Prepare technical documentation and ensure proper version control, security, and backup practices.

• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to support business growth.

• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Department and/or Management from time to time.
