Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related disciplines.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in software development, automation, web development, data engineering, database administration, or related fields.
Experience in developing internal business applications, automation tools, or data-driven solutions is preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Self-motivated, innovative, and able to work independently.
Ability to transform business requirements into practical software solutions.
Organised approach to data management and documentation.
Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Interest in property technology (PropTech), automation, artificial intelligence, data analytics, and digital transformation.
Python; JavaScript / TypeScript; HTML; CSS; SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or SQLite; ChatGPT, Copilot, or AI coding assistants; prompt engineering; useful advantage in C++, GIS, Power BI, Excel automation, cloud or server deployment, and Git.
Roles and Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain internal software applications, web-based systems, dashboards, and digital tools.
Build automation solutions to streamline manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
Develop AI-powered applications, productivity tools, and workflow automation solutions.
Design and maintain databases, data pipelines, and reporting systems.
Develop web scraping and automated data collection solutions for business intelligence and market research.
Generate datasets, reports, and dashboards to support management decision-making.
Collaborate with business users to identify opportunities for process improvement through technology.
Troubleshoot, enhance, and maintain existing software applications and infrastructure.
Prepare technical documentation and ensure proper version control, security, and backup practices.
Keep abreast of emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to support business growth.
Undertake any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Department and/or Management from time to time.
