PTL Properties is a growing property developer focused on creating quality homes and vibrant communities. We are looking for a creative, energetic and results-driven Social Media & Content Creator to help build our brand presence and support our marketing campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, producing videos, following social media trends and turning ideas into content that generates real enquiries and leads.

• Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu and other social media platforms

• Write captions, scripts and marketing copy in Mandarin and English

• Produce short-form videos, reels and lifestyle content

• Assist in photography and videography during project launches, events and site visits

• Work closely with the marketing team to develop content ideas and campaigns

• Plan and maintain content calendars

• Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms

• Monitor engagement and social media performance

• Keep up with current social media trends and content opportunities

• Shoot and edit videos using tools such as CapCut or similar editing software

• Create engaging reels, short videos and promotional content

• Assist in developing creative concepts for digital campaigns

• Support project launches, roadshows and marketing events

• Conduct basic market and competitor research

• Collaborate with the sales team to create customer-focused content

• Assist in generating brand awareness and marketing leads

• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut AI and similar platforms to improve content production

• Explore new technologies and content creation trends

• Experience in social media management or content creation

• Comfortable appearing in videos and conducting interviews

• Experience creating Mandarin-language content

• Familiarity with Meta Ads or digital marketing campaigns is an advantage

• Experience in property, lifestyle or consumer brands is a bonus
