Hey everyone! We’re Fitness Achievers, Malaysia’s Door-To-Door Personal Training Team.

We are a results-driven company specializing in personalized in-house training. Our coaching sessions take place at condo gyms, landed properties, and outdoor parks — providing clients with convenience, comfort, and quality coaching wherever they are.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for passionate Personal Trainers and Fitness Coaches in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor & Johor Bahru to join our team!

What we’re looking for:

1. People with a genuine passion for fitness who want to create a positive impact and help others achieve their fitness goals.

2. Hardworking, responsible, committed, and friendly team players who are always eager to learn and grow.

3. Fitness certifications are required (e.g. Sports Science, ACE, NASM, FEA, CFP, or any other recognized qualifications).

4. Fluent in English and BM. Other languages (like Mandarin) are a bonus!

5. You’ll need your own vehicle and be willing to travel for coaching sessions.

6. Ability to work independently, adapt to different environments, and be comfortable with non-traditional working hours (our peak coaching sessions are usually mornings and evenings).

7. Comfortable with commission-based income. Don’t worry — the earning potential is high if you’re committed and willing to grow!

8. Lastly, we’re looking for full-timers only!
