United Vehicles Industries Hiring! Full Time CNC MILLING in Selangor - Ricebowl

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Milling Programmer to join our Manufacturing/Engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC milling machines to produce precision components according to engineering drawings and quality standards.

This role is ideal for someone technically strong, hands-on, and experienced in CNC machining within a manufacturing environment.

• Develop CNC milling programs using CAM software or manual programming (G-code) based on engineering drawings

• Interpret technical drawings, 2D/3D models, and machining specifications accurately

• Set up CNC milling machines, including tooling, fixtures, and workpiece alignment

• Perform machining operations and ensure parts are produced within required tolerances

• Conduct first article inspection and verify dimensions using measuring instruments (caliper, micrometer, CMM if applicable)

• Optimize machining parameters (cutting speed, feed rate, tool selection) to improve efficiency and quality

• Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary program or setup adjustments

• Support tooling setup, fixture improvements, and process optimization activities

• Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure machines are in good working condition

• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality standards at all times

• Maintain proper documentation of programs, setup sheets, and production records

• Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, CNC Machining, or related field

• Proven experience in CNC milling programming and machine operation

• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)

• Experience in CAM software (Mastercam / SolidCAM / Fusion 360 or similar) is an advantage

• Knowledge of G-code programming is required

• Familiar with precision measuring tools and quality inspection methods

• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

• Willing to work overtime or shift when required
