About us

We are a 15-year-old Pasaraya Retail company. We are now rapidly expanding our branches and are looking for a group of, energetic, motivated and positive people to join our team. Now our branches allocated at Petaling Jaya, KL and Batu Caves.

Key responsibilities

1. Working Location: Petaling Jaya, TTDI(KL), Batu Caves, Rawang.

2. Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory control, staffing, customer service, and financial reporting

3. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences

4. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive store performance and meet revenue targets

5. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

6. Analyse store performance data and identify opportunities for improvement

7. Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to implement company-wide initiatives

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in retail management or a related field

2. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

3. Excellent communication and customer service skills

4. Proficient in data analysis and financial reporting

5. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment

6. Knowledge of retail best practices and industry trends
