About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Executive to join the dynamic team at SPACE UP DESIGN SDN. BHD. in Alor Setar, Kedah. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our services and enhance our brand presence in the market. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for driving marketing initiatives, managing campaigns and supporting the growth objectives of our organisation. This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on our business success whilst developing your professional expertise in marketing communications.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print and social media platforms

2. Create engaging marketing content, including copy, graphics and multimedia materials to support brand messaging

3. Manage and monitor social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand voice and engagement with target audiences

4. Conduct market research and analyse competitor activities to identify opportunities and inform strategic recommendations

5. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to execute marketing projects on time and within budget

6. Track and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

7. Support the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations and promotional materials

8. Assist in organising and promoting company events, exhibitions and promotional activities

9. Maintain and update marketing databases and customer relationship management systems

10. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives and customer needs

What we're looking for

1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field

2. 1-3 years of experience in marketing, marketing communications or a related role

3. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia

4. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms

5. Experience with content creation and graphic design software (Adobe Suite or equivalent)

6. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

7. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

8. Creativity and innovative thinking in developing marketing solutions

9. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work

10. Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively

11. Knowledge of marketing analytics tools and familiarity with SEO and SEM is advantageous

12. Experience in design industry marketing is preferred
