Overview

The MIS Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing IT systems, including Zeoniq, Codemax, Autocount, CRM, and other data management systems that support the operational and strategic objectives of the organization. The role focuses on ensuring that the company's information systems are optimized, secure, and effectively support business operations and decision-making.

System Management & Optimization

• Manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, including hardware and software.

• Ensure systems operate efficiently and meet organizational needs.

Project Management

• Oversee the design and implementation of IT systems and projects.

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Reporting & Analysis

• Develop and generate regular reports on IT system performance and alignment with business goals.

• Collaborate with other departments to identify IT needs and provide solutions.

Team Leadership & Support

• Lead and supervise a team of IT professionals.

• Provide training and support to end-users of information systems within the organization.

• Act as the point of contact for IT-related user issues and manage the ticketing system for efficient issue resolution.

Education

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT management or a related field with a focus on systems management.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, business process integration, software, and hardware.

• Experience in managing IT infrastructure and related resources.

• Proficient in troubleshooting software and hardware-related issues.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
