• Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned digital, data and AI initiatives, ensuring clear scope, timelines, resource requirements, risks, dependencies, governance and measurable business outcomes.

• Define project objectives, success metrics and business case hypotheses upfront, and establish mechanisms to track realised value post-implementation.

• Drive structured project execution including business requirements gathering, current-state process understanding, solution definition, testing strategy, user acceptance and operational readiness.

• Manage vendors, implementation partners and delivery teams, ensuring quality execution, issue resolution and delivery governance.

• Own integrated delivery artefacts including project charter, roadmap, RAID log, change control, communications plan, testing approach and deployment readiness.

• Ensure initiatives are supported by delivery rigor including hypothesis validation, pilot testing, success criteria definition, benefit tracking and post-go-live stabilisation.
