Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook authentic Japanese dishes according to company standards.

• Ensure food quality, taste, presentation, and consistency.

• Manage food preparation, portion control, and inventory usage.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen.

• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients and supplies.

• Train and guide kitchen staff on food preparation and kitchen procedures.

• Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.

• Assist in menu development and recipe improvement.

• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
