Providing a warm and welcoming experience for customers, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated
Assisting customers with product selection, answering questions, and making recommendations to meet their needs
Achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective product knowledge and sales techniques
Maintaining a neat, organised, and visually appealing sales floor
Participating in inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising activities
Collaborating with the wider team to ensure seamless operations and a positive customer experience
