Role Description The Key Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Petaling Jaya, responsible for managing and growing strategic customer accounts. This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their business needs, and aligning Glint & Garrison’s solutions to support their growth objectives. The Key Account Manager will develop and execute account plans, monitor performance against targets, and coordinate internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing account performance data, preparing reports and presentations, leading review meetings with clients, and identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities. The role also includes resolving issues, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring a high standard of service and communication at all times.

Qualifications

  • Strong Account Management and Key Accounts experience, with a track record of managing and growing strategic client relationships.
  • Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, generate insights, and support decision-making and performance optimization.
  • Experience in Business Planning, including developing account strategies, sales forecasts, and growth plans.
  • Proven Customer Service capabilities, with the ability to respond promptly, manage expectations, and handle escalations professionally.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, marketing, finance) to deliver client outcomes.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in commerce, FMCG, retail, or related industries is an advantage.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to evolving client and market needs.
