Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Onsite Medical Representative role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Onsite Medical Representative will provide frontline medical support, including basic assessment of health conditions, timely response to onsite medical incidents, and coordination with external emergency services when needed. The role includes monitoring workplace health conditions, maintaining medical supplies and equipment, and ensuring that all medical areas are clean, organized, and compliant with relevant health and safety standards. The Onsite Medical Representative will document patient encounters, prepare clear medical reports, and support internal health and wellness initiatives. This position also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote a safe work environment and provide basic health education to employees.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in emergency care, including Emergency Services and Emergency Medical Services (EMS) skills.
  • Certification or eligibility related to U.S. National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) or equivalent credentials, with experience as a Paramedic considered highly beneficial.
  • Solid understanding of Medicine principles relevant to urgent care, triage, and stabilization.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Paramedicine, Nursing, Medical Assistant, or related healthcare field.
  • Current basic life support (BLS) and/or advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification, or willingness to obtain within a defined timeframe.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, make sound decisions in emergencies, and communicate clearly with diverse individuals.
  • Strong documentation skills, including accurate record-keeping and concise medical reporting.
  • Willingness to work on-site in WP. Kuala Lumpur and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
