Job Description

Responsibilities

The Senior Executive for Talent & Organization Development (TOD) provides critical operational and analytical support in optimizing the organization’s human capital and structure. This role is managing the data, systems, and coordination required to execute talent strategies and organizational design initiatives.


Key Responsibilities


Data Analytics & Workforce Insights

Serve as the primary custodian of TOD data, conducting deep-dive analysis on workforce trends, skill gaps, and

performance metrics.

Build and maintain automated dashboards to track the effectiveness of succession planning, talent reviews, and

leadership development programs.

Translate complex datasets into actionable visual representations and reports for HR leadership.


Talent Management Support

Coordinate the administrative and technical execution of POR talent reviews and performance management cycles.

Assist in identifying skill gaps through competency mapping and data-driven workforce capability analysis.


Organizational Design & Implementation

Support the redesign of organizational processes by maintaining accurate records of job roles, hierarchies, and team

dynamics.

Analyze current structures to identify inefficiencies and provide data-backed recommendations for improved agility.


Change Management Coordination

Prepare communication materials and tracking mechanisms to ensure new structures and processes are adopted

effectively across the region.

Monitor employee buy-in through sentiment analysis and survey data during organizational transitions.


Qualifications & Essential Skills  


  •  Education: Degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.


  • Experience: Approximately 2–5 years of working experience, with a dedicated focus on HR data analytics or Talent Development.


  • Advanced Data Proficiency:
  1. Expertise in Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Power Query) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio).
  2. Strong ability to diagnose organizational challenges using quantitative evidence.


  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with talent management practices such as succession planning and performance systems.


  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and coaching skills to explain data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
