Role Description This is a full-time Business Analyst (Entry-Level / Associate) role based in Singapore River, offered in a hybrid format with a mix of on-site and work-from-home days. The Business Analyst will collect, validate, and interpret data from operations, sales, and finance to support decision-making and performance tracking. The role includes mapping and documenting business processes, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing improvements aligned with operational and commercial goals. The analyst will assist in gathering, clarifying, and maintaining business requirements for new tools, reports, and process changes. Day-to-day tasks also involve preparing dashboards and presentations, supporting cross-functional projects, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that business needs are understood and translated into practical solutions.

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support evidence-based recommendations.
• Foundational Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills to gather, document, and prioritize needs across teams.
• Understanding of Business Process concepts to map workflows, identify inefficiencies, and suggest improvements.
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, present findings clearly, and prepare concise reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data/Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets; exposure to BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is an advantage).
• Detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to organize information, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Interest in manufacturing or textile industry processes; prior internship or project experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and collaborate with diverse teams and perspectives.
