This role is instrumental in translating complex engineering solutions into compelling sales propositions, ensuring clients receive the technical guidance they need to make informed purchasing decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate customer requirements to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a prompt and professional manner.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to clarify and resolve technical concerns efficiently.

• Prepare and maintain regular reports on order status, performance metrics, and customer updates.

• Monitor and ensure on-time delivery of customer orders, proactively addressing potential delays.

• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and service offerings to effectively support customers.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, databases, and documentation.
