Job Responsibilities
Support Debug Engineers in identifying and fixing issues found during product testing.
Troubleshoot server systems and circuit boards to find the root cause of failures.
Replace faulty parts such as CPUs, memory (RAM), storage drives, cables and connectors when required.
Re-test repaired units to ensure they are working properly before releasing them.
Record troubleshooting findings, repair actions and test results accurately in the system.
Follow work instructions, safety guidelines and quality procedures at all times.
Assist in updating work instructions when there are process improvements.
Guide operators and material handlers on the correct handling and troubleshooting procedures when needed.
Requirements
• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Engineering or related field
• Experience in testing, troubleshooting, debugging, or manufacturing is an advantage
• Basic technical troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable working permanent night shift
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Entry-level candidates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply
