Own Your Accounts

  • Develop deep relationships with clinicians, procurement, and key stakeholders

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities and expanding market share
  • Consistently exceed sales targets and KPIs

Lead Complex Deals

  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and long-term agreements with confidence
  • Position BD as the partner of choice across your accounts

Create Value

  • Understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions from BD’s portfolio
  • Present compelling proposals that influence buying decisions

Collaborate to Deliver

  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, and supply chain teams

  • Monitor market trends, competitor moves, and customer insights to stay competitive

What You Bring

  • 3-5+ years of proven success in Key Account Management / Sales within MedTech, Pharma, or Healthcare
  • Demonstrated track record of hitting and exceeding targets
  • Confidence to engage senior stakeholders and clinicians
  • Sharp commercial acumen + negotiation skills
  • Ability to think strategically and execute flawlessly
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)
  • We are also open to clinicians/nurses who want to shift their career to corporate.
