Basic information:
5 day work week, 44hours per week

Job Scope:
Prepare and cook menu items to quality standards at the assigned station.
Guide and support junior chefs in developing their skills and performance.
Ensure recipes, presentation, and portion control standards are consistently followed.
Maintain efficiency, cleanliness, and organization within the work station.
Assist in menu improvements and operational enhancements with the kitchen leadership team.
Monitor stock levels, support inventory control, and reduce wastage.
Comply with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations.
Support overall kitchen operations and assist other stations when required.
Additional Information:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Culinary certification or relevant professional qualification preferred.
