Salary: S$2,760/month
Location: Buona Vista
Contract: 5 months (6 Jul 2026 – 26 Nov 2026)
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, Office Hours

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end programme administration, including course registration, materials preparation, room setup, and records management
• Coordinate logistics arrangements such as travel bookings, vendor management, and procurement of programme-related items
• Handle financial administration, including invoicing, payments to trainers/vendors, and budget tracking
• Liaise with foreign delegates, associate trainers, and internal departments to ensure smooth programme delivery
• Prepare customised evaluations and update participant information using internal systems
• Monitor programme progress and ensure service standards and team KPIs are met

Requirements:

• Diploma in any discipline
• Prior experience in programme administration, training operations, events coordination, or administrative support is highly preferred
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills: Confident in interacting with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Adaptable and comfortable learning new systems and processes
