Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, and transport providers.
• Prepare and maintain shipping, inventory, and logistics documentation.
• Track delivery schedules and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock management activities.
• Generate operational reports and analyze logistics performance.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or operations (fresh graduates with strong aptitude are welcome to apply).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems is an advantage.
