  • Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of professional experience in a combined Retail Sales and Administrative or E-commerce Ops role.
  • Education: SPM, STPM, or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Administrative Skills: Highly organized with solid proficiency in Google Workspace/MS Office (especially Excel/Sheets for inventory tracking) and experience handling retail POS software.
  • Language Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse in Mandarin is a significant advantage when serving our diverse customer and supplier base.
  • Tech Interest: While 3D printing expertise isn't required on day one, a sharp learning curve and a genuine interest in tech, gadgets, or DIY hardware are essential.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Retail Sales & Admin. This role is ideal for an individual with a proven track record in retail sales who also possesses administrative capabilities. You will be responsible for driving retail sales through excellent product consultation while ensuring our backend office, e-commerce operations, and day-to-day administrative workflows run seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Sales & Customer Consultation

  • Engage walk-in retail customers, understand their project needs, and pitch/recommend appropriate 3D printers, filaments, resin, or spare parts.
  • Drive retail conversions by effectively explaining product features, warranties, and bundles.
  • Manage daily cash flow, process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, and perform daily retail opening and closing settlements.

Core Administrative & Operational Support

  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for invoices, delivery orders, and receipts.
  • Track retail and warehouse inventory levels; perform regular stock counts and flag low-stock items (machines, filaments, parts) to the management team.
  • Manage administrative coordination for incoming 3D printing service requests, tracking orders from quotation through to completion and customer collection.
  • Ensure the retail, product display shelves, and administrative workspace are immaculate and highly organized.

E-Commerce Backend Management

  • Handle online customer inquiries, pre-sales questions, and chat support across WhatsApp, Shopee, Lazada, and social channels.
  • Oversee daily order fulfillment: picking, checking, secure packing, and arranging logistics for online shipments to meet our "Express" delivery standard.
