Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates with experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, Sales Support, or Administration are an added advantage.
  • Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and transactions.
  • Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.

Added Advantage

  • Experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or logistics coordination.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, SAP, Oracle, or inventory management systems.
  • Knowledge of import/export procedures and customs documentation.
  • Experience working with freight forwarders or third-party logistics providers (3PL).

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing

Supply Chain & Inventory Operations

  • Manage system transactions for stock receiving, stock issuance, inventory transfers, and inventory records.
  • Monitor inventory movement and ensure accurate stock data in the system.
  • Support inventory control and maintain proper documentation for operational processes.

Logistics & Delivery Coordination

  • Coordinate with third-party logistics providers to ensure smooth daily operations and timely deliveries.
  • Monitor shipment status and follow up on delivery schedules with logistics partners.
  • Assist in resolving delivery and transportation issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Verify transportation and warehousing invoices for accuracy.

Import & Export Documentation

  • Prepare and coordinate import documentation and customs clearance processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain proper shipping records.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, customs agents, and logistics providers when required.

Sales Order & Operations Support

  • Support sales operations by issuing Delivery Orders (DO) and verifying Sales Orders (SO).
  • Coordinate with the sales team to process purchase orders and ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and timely invoice submissions for payment processing.

Process Improvement & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to supply chain activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and workflow processes.
  • Support supervisors and management with reports and ad-hoc projects as assigned.
